Adult Assessments

Behaviour assessments are designed to identify disruptive or challenging behaviours that go beyond the appropriate age range. Aggression, difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity, disruptions to learning and peer relations, and impulsivity are some of the behavioural issues that may be present. Also, behaviour assessments help in evaluation of strengths & weakness in children & adults. Behavioural assessments aid in developing treatment plans & interventions to modify behaviours in children and adults.

Behavioural Assessment

A neuropsychological assessment is standardised in-depth evaluation of cognitive processes such as memory, visual-spatial skills, attention, problem-solving, processing speed etc which is administered to understand the brain-behaviour relationships. The information is collected which aids the clinician in understanding how one perceives or makes sense of things, pays attention, remembers, uses language etc. These assessments provide a detailed investigation of cognitive processes and assists in diagnostic clarifications such as traumatic brain injuries, major/minor neurocognitive disorders as well as detailed and practical recommendations for psychological, academic & neurological interventions.

NeuroPsychology

Personality is defined as an individual’s characteristic way of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
Personality assessments are used to determine personality traits. It provides an understanding of the patterns of emotional, cognitive, and behavioural that individuals exhibit in various contexts. Also, it helps in understanding & measuring of individual personality differences that characterise people across time and circumstance.

Personality & Projective Assessment

A psychoeducational assessment is a thorough analysis of the cognitive processes that influences personal, social & academic achievements. This in-depth assessment is equally useful for identifying children with high-academic achievement or learning/behavioural difficulties. Children with neurodevelopmental challenges such as ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, Learning or intellectual disabilities as well as those with psychological or behavioural disorders can be diagnosed through psychoeducational assessments (oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, depression).
