Individual psychotherapy

It is a collaborative process which includes one on one therapy sessions between the client and the therapist. Therapy can help address mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral issues. There are many forms of therapy which are tailored by a psychotherapist to suit the client’s needs. For eg., Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution Focussed Brief Psychotherapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma focussed approaches.
